CHILDREN AND YOUTH
TAC's knowledge base includes planning and implementation of evidence-based and best practice services for children and adolescents involved with the mental health, child welfare, education, and juvenile justice systems, as well as transition-age youth who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
TAC's specific expertise includes:
- Developing strategic plans to guide effective implementation of services across child-serving systems.
- Consulting on the design, implementation, and management of systems of care for children with mental health and substance use challenges.
- Designing interventions to prevent and end homelessness among low-income families and unaccompanied youth.
- Developing creative financing strategies to assist in the implementation of evidence-based and best practices for multi-system involved youth, including the identification of opportunities to leverage federal financing such as Medicaid and Title IV-E.
